History/Background Story: Minoru Uzumaki-Fuuma is the son of Nagato & Kushina & he is Naruto's half-brother from another dimension. His parents met each other back before Kushina met Minato. They loved each other but they couldn't be together because Kushina was in an arranged marriage with Minato Namikaze. Minato was arrogant & cocky & Kushina hated him. Nagato & Kushina continued to see each other in secret & Kushina eventually wound up pregnant. The child turned out to be Nagato's child instead of Minato. The Fourth Hokage became bitter about it & came up a plan for vengeance. One day, the Kyuubi attacked on the same day as Minoru's birth & he sealed the demon within Minoru. Kushina died giving birth to Minoru & Minato died sealing the Kyuubi. Minato left a note for the Sandaime to let the village hate him but Sandaime wouldn't let that happen since he believed Minoru was just an innocent who was forced into being the container of the Kyuubi & not the Kyuubi itself. The village despised Minoru & tried many times to get rid of him but the Sandaime would always step in & kill them for trying to hurt Minoru. One day, Sandaime granted Minoru permission to leave the village when he was 7. Minoru did so happily & went off in search of his father Nagato. One day, he came across the blue haired woman Konan Origami. She took a liking to Minoru & eventually became like a mother to him. After telling Konan of his heritage, Konan took him to Pein, who was surprised to hear that Nagato had a son & he took Minoru to Nagato. Nagato was very surprised to hear his son was still alive but a little saddened that his son suffered such torture by the hands of Konoha. Ever since, he has trained Minoru in the ways of the Shinobi & helped Minoru unlock his Rin'negan. Over time, he started taking the chakra from the Kyuubi until he gained all of the Kyuubi's chakra. He then tore off the seal & proceeded to destroy the freed Demon King. Kyuubi died cursing Minoru's name. Minoru now has nearly limitless chakra from the Kyuubi & the power of the Rin'negan at his side. When Minoru defeated the Kyuubi, the backlash of the battle sent him through dimension & sent him to this dimension. He now searches for a way back to his dimension, all the while fitting into this one.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description: Kao Utsushi no Jutsu is secret technique unique to the Kedouin clan. This technique allows the clan member to take on the body of their target. The clan member must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target can not tell they are a fake. The clan member will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately the clan member does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original limited skills. The clan members are skilled however, in taking on the mannerisms of the original and playing up the character traits of their target. The clan member must also provide clothing to match the original. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

This ability allows Pain to manipulate external objects through an invisible force that emanates from the center of his body. This force allows Deva to repel objects or elemental ninjutsu and deflect any attacks that are launched against him. The force requires a short interval to recharge.

Devah Pain is also able to utilize a large-scale version of the technique, in exchange for a portion of the life force of his original body, that of Nagato. Nagato will drop control of all other bodies except for Deva. Deva will launch himself above his target area and hover using the gravity manipulation ability of the jutsu. Upon activation, the large-scale version is capable of obliterating large villages.

Description: This unnamed chakra blast is a Ninjutsu technique used by Naruto in his four-tailed Kyuubi form. Taking advantage of his Jinchuuriki ability to harmonize and use the chakra of his bijuu, Naruto will cover himself in the Kyuubi's chakra and his own blood. Expelling chakra particles from his body, he will gather the small orbs into a small spherical ball of chakra. He will then compress the orb down and swallow it. The chakra will build internally and Naruto will fire the chakra out as an extremely powerful blast.

The blast is powerful enough to level the surrounding area and most anything which stands in its way. Orochimaru commented that if the blast directly connected with his body, even he would die. Even three of his powerful Rashoumon gates fell to the power of the attack. Since Minoru destroyed the Kyuubi & took it's chakra which was later molded into his own chakra, this blast is not as destructive but with adding more chakra into the blast, you can make it as destructive or even more destructive. Since Minoru doesn't have demonic chakra, he needs to make a hand seal, the dragon hand seal to be exact, in order for him to trigger the explosion.

Once inside the black space, the target will see grotesque figures said to be tortured criminals, the previous victims of the technique. These grotesqueries will reach out and grab a hold of the target. They will then be thrown into the void to the mercy of a spectral dragon. The horrifying oni can even extend from the targets own body to attack them. All aimed at transfixing the victim with fear and shock while Kamira herself chokes and kills the target.

2. Chakra Blast is only for the Kyuubi..

It explains in my history how I have the Kyuubi's chakra blast technique. Also, Minoru WAS trained by Nagato so he learned everything incredibly fast with the help of Shadow Clones since when you use shadow clones for training, it helps you learn more jutsus faster.
