Description:This technique was privad to it's only creator and user Sepaku, the Raikage of Kumogakure.He decided to create a technique like this, but from his own style, basing on the Fourth Hokage technique.Sepaku trained hard everyday on using Body Flicker techniques, wayy faster, like a white lighting.After training hardely, Sepaku managed to work on this technique.He was slowly, getting bether at every moment, until he finally finished the technique.Sepaku will not need handseals for this technique, as thinking on it, and focusing little chakra of his, he can use this technique.

Description:This technique also belongs to Sepaku and no one else.To use this technique, Sepaku will not need direct contact with user, first he will manage handseals, and at the last handseal, the Tiger handseal, he will have to run at the oponent and touch him slowly, even if it means beeing punched.This technique has only 10 seconds of having Sepaku hit the oponent, if it fails, the focused Lighting chakra will disapear and nothing will happen, if he manages to hit the oponent in 10 seconds, oponent will be binded on one strong Genjutsu, where 4 Giant pillars will surround him, and beneath him, One smaller Pillar will take him high on the sky.Then the pillars will start lightning and all the lightnings will be re-directed to the oponent.After this genjutsu ends, Oponent will be with severed damaged from the lightnings.

Description: Sepaku will have to wave a serious continuous and fast handseals for this Combo to work.First he will wave half handseals for the Submarine Water Blast Technique, which will create a Submarine made of water wandering around the oponent and then it will explode, making water projectiles come out of the earth like spears or just explode to make the arena full of water.After creating that, the half part of the other handseals, will be used for the Sparkling Lightning technique.Sepaku will finish them, and then Water will be filled with lightning which appears only sometimes.Lighting voltages go around 3000 to 15000 and can go way higher if Sepaku sees the need too.Lightnings will be hidden on water, making user not be able to see them, but if they strike user, will become paralized if striked well, and can get severed.
