Bio: Mizu was born durring the great Ninja wars. He was taken away from his travling parents by patroling Sand Ninja. He was taken to Kage of that time to decied his fate. Instead of killing the now orphant child. The Kage took him on as his own child, and trained him. Soon he devolped his kaugya skills and became an even betterninja. One day while watching the Kage perform a sand justsu for his own son. Mizu adopted the tech. and soon was able to do and sand based jutsu.
After the years He soon became a Jounin and then a Anbu Captin. When it was time to pick the new Kage of the village Mizu was turned down the offer so that his little step-brother could become Kage.
